Born 1973 in Girona, Catalonia, studied film at the London Institute. Works as a Cameraman. Keeps a professorship for creative documentary at the University of Barcelona. In 2009 he founded his own production company. He has been shooting documentary films since 2002, among others: SALVE MELILLA (2006), EL SASTRE (2007), HOLLYWOOD TALKIES (2011), THE FINAL STRETCH (2014). LA MILLOR OPCIÓ is Pérez's first feature film.
