Withdrawal of Your Contract
You may withdraw from your online contract with us for products eligible for withdrawal, such as merchandise, publications, and posters (excluding tickets), within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Using the button below, you can easily submit your withdrawal online. By clicking “Confirm Withdrawal”, you submit a legally binding declaration of withdrawal.
Please note:
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for tickets to Viennale events or for vouchers for a 10-ticket or 20-ticket package. These products are connected to events taking place within a specified period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
You will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email.
If you have received goods, please return them to us within 14 days. The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer. If you withdraw from your contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice. We will generally use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
