Reduced-price tickets can be purchased online, but must be picked up at the Gartenbaukino box office or at festival cinemas upon presentation of proof of discount.

PICK UP TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE OR BY PHONE
Pick up at the festival cinemas from one hour before the beginning of the first screening until the beginning of the last one. From 30 minutes before the start of a performance, tickets are only available for that performance.
TICKET SALES FOR THE RETROSPECTIVE
As of October 14, tickets for the films shown during the Viennale (October 20 to 31) are available at all Viennale box offices as well as online and by phone. The prices of the Viennale apply. For members of the Filmmuseum the prices of the Filmmuseum apply (not for online purchase).
ASSIGNED SEATING
Only assigned seating will be provided for all screenings; there is no free seating.
NO LATE ADMISSION AFTER THE BEGINNING OF THE SCREENING
