Julio César Cu Cámara is the chief diver in the Mexico City sewerage system. His job is to repair pumps and dislodge garbage that flows into the gutters to maintain the circulation of sewerage waters. “Yes, I’ve scuba dive at the sea with my kids, I like it, but I prefer it here. This is my own space, where I can do something for the good of others” (Julio César)
