Media partners of all sorts are accompanying the Viennale and contribute to an intensive communication about the festival. Some are producing special editions and formats for the festival, which we would like to present to you here.
The daily newspaper DER STANDARD produces four special supplements to accompany this year's festival, in which the festival and its programme are reported daily. Publication dates: Sat 19. 10., Thurs 24. 10., Wed 30. 10. and Sat 2. 11.
Online, the daily newspaper reports in detail about the festival under theStandard.at/Viennale and provides users* with many important programme tips in addition to the print edition.
In the attractive Falter-supplement to the Viennale you can find brief descriptions and dates of all films, as well as informative background reports on all the main focuses of the festival and its guests.

The October issue of ray Filmmagazin features a V'19 focus. During the festival, ray authors publish their experiences, impressions and film reviews live from Viennale events online. Daily on www.ray-magazin.at
Celluloid Viennale Special 2019

Ö1 dedicates two early performances to the audience on Tue 29.10. and Tue 5.11. at 6.30 a.m. each in the Gartenbaukino. Ö1 will also accompany the festival with detailed reports in the "Morgenjournal", "Mittagsjournal" and "Kulturjournal".
Viennale emphasis in the reporting of FM4: daily Specials with numerous guests and draws, FM4 Homebase special (Wed 30.10., 7 - 10 p.m.) and on-line under fm4.orf.at/viennale. In addition the radio station dedicates
the film to LE DAIM and in the Viennale Zentrale we celebrate a FM4 club together at to Sat 26 October from 10 p.m.
Viennale - ORF Reporting
The ORF film editorial team reports extensively on the Viennale on 3SAT both in "Kulturmontag" and "matinee" as well as in "Kulturzeit" and accompanies the festival events continuously in the various editions of "ZIB".
ORF Vienna delivers program recommendations by actors and film producers in "Wien Heute" (daily at 7 p.m., ORF2) as well as several reports on the festival - also on Air on Radio Wien, frequence 89.9 | 95.3.

Viennale-Diary on Infoscreen – your city channel
For fifteen years the festival has been accompanied by INFOSCREEN, the medium in public space, in form of the popular Viennale Diary. Starting October 16th, INFOSCREEN will be informing about current film highlights, concerts, specials and discussions of the V’19.
In addition to the daily Viennale coverage, the Vienna city channel W24 shows daily film tips from festival director Eva Sangiorgi and invites Viennale film guests to its studio.
