Luise Donschen is a filmmaker based in Berlin. Her films, including her documentary feature debut CASANOVA GENE (2018), have been screened at international film festivals, including the Berlinale, the New York Film Festival, the International Short Film Festival Oberhausen, FID Marseille and the Viennale, and have received several awards. From 2012 to 2017, she taught at the University of Fine Arts Hamburg and in other contexts.
