Born in Berlin. From 2012 to 2016 she worked at the ensemble of the "Volksbühne Berlin". In 2016 she starred in "Wild", the third feature film by Nicolette Krebitz. Her performance in the film won Stangenberg the Preis der deutschen Filmkritik (Prize of the German Film Critics' Association) as well as the Günter-Rohrbach-Filmpreis.
