Leonor Teles' debut short BATRACHIAN'S BALLAD (2016) won the Golden Bear at the Berlinale. Her first documentary feature ASHORE (2018) received the SCAM Award at Cinéma du Réel and was part of the ACID TRIP #2 PORTUGAL screening in Cannes Film Festival. DOGS BARKING AT BIRDS (2019) premiered in Orizzonti at La Biennale di Venezia and was nominated for the EFA's. Her most recent film BAAN (2023) had its world premiere in the Concorso Internazionale at the Locarno Film Festival. Leonor also works as a director of photography, collaborating with filmmakers such as João Canijo, André Novais Oliveira or Rubaiyat Hossain.
