DAS FREIWILLIGE JAHR
Born 1969 in Hünfeld, Germany, is a German author and director. He studied visual communication/film at the HfG Offenbach from 1990 to 1993 and at the HfbK Hamburg from 1993 to 1998. From 2004 to 2010 he taught as an artistic assistant at the HFF "Konrad Wolf" Potsdam-Babelsberg, from 2014 to 2018 at the Met Film School Berlin. His films have been shown at numerous international festivals.
