Gail Schickele champions arts & sciences as a writer, speaker, consultant, and producer. Recent work in performing arts focuses on solo shows that speak to environmental and social justice and, since the pandemic, on health and healing with issues related to the environment inexorably linked. Trained as a journalist in New York and Colorado, she's covered Colorado state politics and the environmental landscape of the Rocky Mountains. Environmental educational and advocacy work in California and Washington DC includes The League of Women Voters and The Climate Reality Project. From a young age Gail was influenced by her Uncle's foreign film theater in Buffalo New York and she's been inspired by film and filmmakers ever since.
