Born in 1974 in Seville, Spain, as the son of a Palestinian. Studied audiovisual communication at the University of Seville and film editing at the International Film and Television School of San Antonio de los Baños (EICTV), Cuba. After three short films (THE CALL OF THE STONES, 1998; THE FOREIGNER, 2000; EACH IN ITS OWN FISH POND, 2007), TWO METERS OF LAND THIS LAND is his first feature documentary.
