Ne change rien began as part of a friendship between actress Jeanne Balibar, sound engineer Philippe Morel and Pedro Costa. Jeanne Balibar, singer, from rehearsals to recording sessions, from rock concerts to classical singing classes, from an attic in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines to the stage of a Tokyo café, from \"Johnny Guitar\" to Offenbach's \"La Périchole\". Costa, one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary cinema, creates a shimmering valentine, less a portrait than a kind of visual homage to Balibar.
