MATSURI NO JUNBI

One day, Nakajima Takehiro sent me a copy of a literary magazine. I found the scenario for <i>Matsuri no junbi</i> inside. The stage was Nakamura city in the Kôchi prefecture in the early 1950s. Perhaps it was because I had grown up in that area, but the project had me looking for that «hometown feeling» everywhere I could find it. The location was well suited to my taste. The variation in peoples appearances there was also very interesting. Nakajima had already had experience writing for sexploitation films, but he was still unknown at the time.
