Capital Centre Largo, Maryland ’86: A parking lot full of young people, cheering up for Judas Priest. “In fact, we had no plan; no agenda. We just paid our five dollars to park our car like any concertgoer, but instead of partying, we got a video camera out and wandered around talking to anyone we bumped into. We quickly realized our camera was a novelty and people were more than willing to share their thoughts – inebriated or not – on camera.” (Jeff Krulik)
