Heartbreaking, passionate and articulate, this film follows Nino and Dudo, two teenage boys who live on the streets of Tel Aviv and prostitute themselves in an area of town called The Garden. Their struggles with homelessness, drugs and police violence are intensified by the fact that they are Palestinians, dodging immigration authorities, Israeli Secret Service, jail cells and suicide bombings abuse seems to come from all sides. Their vivid personalities and troubled friendship tells a larger-than-life story, presented with compassion and urgency. (Fiona Morgan)
