A suicide disguised as murder. Twenty-one-year-old Rainer goes on an annual trip with 43-year-old George. Because father and son are estranged, a long, smoldering conflict breaks out in the loneliness of the mountains. Rainer takes advantage of an accident on a glacier to make it look as though he had died and George was to blame for his death. Instead, he liberates himself, thus linking his disappearance with revenge on his father.

This film is part of the special program ]]>The Future of Cinema. Selected works from the German Film and Television Academy Berlin]]> and will be shown in DFFB Programm 1.
