At times, one has to imagine Andy Warhol as a kind of catalysator, who did not instruct his actors, yet caught them just as innocent as merciless with his camera. In Camp, New York underground stars like Jack Smith, Gerard Malanga, or Mario Montez give everything to set themselves as excentrically as possible into the lime light while the rest applauds and the camera silently watches.
