CHRONIK DER ANNA MAGDALENA BACH

Film is text. Text ist texture. Music is from fibre especially fine. Written down it is not a household name to many. The more difficult, to display it in cinema. Danièle Huillet even shows the sheet music of love. The personal sound of Johann Sebastian Bach gets unveiled through the lines by his second wife Anna Magdalena. We listen to a song of existence and are finally allowed to stick our nose into a diary. (bk)
