Peter Handke went to the cinema

Wonderful classics of the film history like TOKYO MONOGATARI by Yasujirō Ozu or ACCATTONE by Pier Paolo Pasolini are also a part of the selection like WADJDA, a poetic and touching work of the director Haifaa al-Mansour (from Saudi Arabia) that was already in the programme of the Viennale in 2012. Peter Handke who has carefully handpicked that selection, would not want to miss the screening of Wim Wenders THE SOUL OF A MEN and visited - together with his daughter Amina - the anew open Metro-Kinokulturhaus on October 16.
