Murat Fıratoğlu, born in 1983 in Siverek, Şanlıurfa, is a Turkish director, screenwriter, producer, and lawyer. He studied law at Dicle University in Diyarbakır, where he was active in the film club and learned technical film production. After moving to Istanbul, he continued to work as a lawyer while remaining connected to the film world. He made his directorial debut in 2024 with the feature film Hemme'nin Öldüğü Günlerden Biri (One of the Days When Hemme Dies), for which he also wrote the screenplay and played the lead role.
