Born in 1970 in Klosterneuburg, studied film at the University for Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. During the 90ies she directed several short films, amongst others SPEAK EASY (1997) and MEHR ODER WENIGER (1998). TERNITZ TENNESSEE is her first feature film (2000), and VIENNA’S LOST DAUGHTERS (2006) a documentary about Jewish emigrants in New York.
