Jaume Claret Muxart (1998, Sant Cugat del Vallès) studied at Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola, as part of its first graduating class. His debut feature film, ESTRANY RIU (2025), premiered at Venice Film Festival and at the San Sebastián Film Festival. The project took part in the Ikusmira Berriak residency at the San Sebastián Festival and in the script residency of the Catalan Film Academy. His short films ELLA I JO (2020), DIE DONAU (2023), and LA NOSTRA HABITACIÓ (2025) have premiered at international festivals. He is a member of Arquitectura Filmada and the educational program Cinema en curs of the association A Bao A Qu.
