Emine Emel Balcı was born in 1984. She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Film & TV Department. Her short films and documentaries screened at numerous national and international film festivals and awarded. NEFESIM KESILENE KADAR is Balcı’s first feature film.
