Born in 1980 in Bucharest / Romania, is a Romanian director and screenwriter. She has studied at the Ion Luca Caragiale's National University of Theater and Film. With her documentary
NU TE SUPÃRA, DAR ..., produced by ARTE France, she participated in several prestigious film festivals in 2007, including the International Film Festival Warsaw and the Locarno Festival and won the "Golden Dove" of the DOK Leipzig 2007. Her feature film debut TOUCH ME NOT won the Golden Bear and the "Best First Feature Award" at the 68th Berlinale Film Festival.
