URANIA CEE🧡NEMA, KLYO Wien and the Viennale are giving away two packages, each consisting of ten URANIA cinema tickets, a KLYO voucher worth €20 and a tote bag filled with CEE goodies!
Just a few months ago, the cinema at Vienna’s Urania entered a new chapter: the LET’S CEE association, known for the LET’S CEE Film Festival (2012–2018), took over the programming, transforming Urania Kino into URANIA CEE🧡NEMA. Every day from 6 pm onwards, audiences are invited on a cinematic journey across Central and Eastern Europe, from Albania to Hungary, from the Balkans to the Caucasus. The programme brings the finest contemporary feature films and documentaries, exciting short films, legendary classics, retrospectives and family films to the big screen. And, of course, most of them are presented the way cinema sounds best: in their original language with subtitles, ensuring maximum authenticity and a genuine CEE experience. At the same time, Austrian filmmaking remains an important part of the programme, especially where creative connections to the CEE region exist. Premieres, festivals, including the Viennale, and special film series regularly light up the screen in the cinema’s beautiful auditorium. Before or after the film, a visit to KLYO Wien, also located in the Urania building, is highly recommended. This popular hotspot for breakfast, brunch and parties is the perfect place to redeem your KLYO voucher. LET’S CEE you soon! In cooperation with URANIA CEE🧡NEMA, KLYO and the Viennale.
