For several years, Carmen Tartarotti accompanied the renowed Austrian poet Friederike Mayröcker, mostly alone, just equipped with a camera and a microphone, as was the protagonist's wish. The full consideration of the writer's life situation was the pre-condition for the creation of the film. The result is a sensitive portrait - unspectacular and thus all the more engaging.
