INTERVIEWS WITH MY LAI VETERANS

There were about one hundred American soldiers who took part in the massacre of over 500 defenseless Vietnam civilians in the village called My Lai. There was no resistance. Every man, woman and child was simply butchered. In order to understand this insanity, we searched throughout the USA for veterans of the action who would discuss it. The army had instructed its veterans not to talk, but we succeeded in finding seven men who would ignore that order. (Joseph Strick)
