December 2007: My friend Paul Horn and I shoot our new project on film, which will be both a video installation and a film in the end. From a height of around seven meters we let furniture fall down on the floor so that everything breaks apart beautifully. We shoot with two 16mm highspeed film cameras from two different angles in order to get slow motion in the end. Dropping Furniture displays the destruction of a habitat. The film is meant to symbolize the loss of existence. (Harald Hund)
This film is part of the short film program Austrian Shorts.
