Lover, Lovers, Loving, Love

Only Jodie Mack is able to make nature dance to her own rhythm. Petals and flowers float gracefully on water, floral prints overlap with bouquets, and all kinds of plants sway together, as if courting and embracing each another. This new instalment in her series of films made with flora from her home garden and its surroundings explores various facets of love (and sex): the passion for nature and its inevitable decline; fertility; life and its reverse and the sweet playfulness of cinema as an ode to the ephemeral.
