To avoid enormous queuing – except from express offices – you will be asked to get yourself a number and wait to be called. It makes it much easier for you to calculate the waiting time and take a stroll instead of cooling your heels.

Please note that wheelchair tickets cannot be purchased online!

PICK UP YOUR TICKETS
Your tickets can be picked up at all ticket pre-sale box offices and during the festival at the festival cinemas.
To avoid waiting times, as from half an hour prior to a film screening, tickets can only be picked up for the upcoming screening.

TICKET SALE FOR THE RETROSPECTIVE

Via Viennale
Tickets which were bought online or via telephone can only be picked up at the Viennale box offices until one day prior the screening. On the day of the event you get the tickets directly at the Filmmuseum. The prices are the usual Viennale ticket prices.
At the Austrian Filmmuseum
Infos, sale and reservations for the Retrospective can be made via the telephone number 01/533 70 54 as well as on www.filmmuseum.at. In the Filmmuseum count the prices of the Filmmuseum.

SOLD OUT SCREENINGS

In case of sold out screenings, remaining tickets might be available as from 30 minutes before for the screening at the theater boxoffice

 

TICKETS FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS

Tickets for wheelchair users are available via phone +43-1-526 594 769 (credit card payment) or at the pre-selling offices and festival cinema box offices. The ticket for the accompanying person is free.
