Started his career in the film business as programming director of an arthouse cinema, then producer of cultural events, film festivals and film projects together with Judith Wieser-Huber. In 2002 he founded the production company Mischief Films in Vienna and started to produce creative documentaries. Producer of cinema and TV films and series, international coproductions.
He is tutor and expert at European training courses and film schools and in the jury of international documentary markets and festivals.
Member of the European Film Academy, Austrian Film Academy, Die Produzent*innen (The Producers - Austrian Producers Alliance), dok.at – Austrian Documentary Film Alliance, DAE - Documentary Association of Europe, Board member of the Eurodoc Network.
