Ted Fendt (USA, 1989) is a filmmaker and translator currently based in Berlin.
He made a number of 16mm short films and features (Short Stay, 2016, Classical Period, 2018) in the Philadelphia area where he grew up before relocating to Europe in 2018 to make OUTSIDE NOISE.
