Born 1982 in Sousse, Tunisia, is a Tunisian director, writer and editor. He graduated from the Institut supérieur des arts multimédia de La Manouba (ISAMM) in audiovisual technologies. In 2014, he began shooting his first real feature film AKHER WAHED FINA (THE LAST OF US), which has received critical acclaim and several awards, including the Luigi De Laurentiis Prize for Best First Film and the Mario Serandrei Prize for Best Technical Contribution to the International Critics' Week of the Venice Film Festival 2016. AKHER WAHED FINA (THE LAST OF US) was also nominated for an Oscar in the category of Best Foreign Language Film.
