A retirement home in Istanbul, in front of the windows a huge new building complex is raised. Inside the time of age and memories is encapsulated. Emotions oscillate from sullen to frivolous and sometimes, during endless elevator rides, absurd dialogues about aliens and rebirth it could be from Samuel Beckett's pen. Outside, on the construction site, the challenges of the beginning: marriage wishes and exhortation to social advancement. Subtle, in almost meditative style, the longtime photographer Mizrahi embraces two worlds in one place. The beds of the construction workers and those of the old as totality of time; the time of man as an everday puzzle.

In the presence of Shevaun Mizrahi and Deniz Buga.
