Shipping of Viennale products
The products of the Viennale (catalogues, t-shirts, lanyards, ticket vouchers, DVDs) can either be picked up or sent. Your Viennale products will be sent to the address you specify. For the shipping of products an operation fee applies as well as postage additionally to the prices of the goods. These amounts will be indicated in an order abstract and in the emailed invoice. Special information about consignment (custom, tax, etc.) is found in the general terms and conditions. There is no shipping available for posters purchased on the internet. Posters can be picked up exclusively at the Viennale office: Viennale office Siebensterngasse 2 1070 Vienna Mon to Thu, 10am to 5pm, Fri, 10am to 2pm |
