Q: How can I activate cookies?
A: The activation of cookies is different from browser to browser. Therefore it is difficult to give an generally valid answer at this point. In order to give you some advice here are some possible solutions:
Q: I cannot register. Why?
A: Please check if you have already registered. You can have your account data sent to your email address with the option "forgot password?". If you have not registered yet (no login data available for your email address) please reregister. Please note that you have to type in your email address correctly.
Q: I do not get the email with the link for activating my registration. What can I do?
A: Please check if the mail has not been directed to the SPAM folder. Further check if your email provider can be reached, for instance by trying to send a test email. To eliminate the possibility of having typed your email address incorrectly during registration, please have your account data sent to your email account with the option "forgot password?". If you receive this email but still do not receive the registration mail, please contact the ticket hotline 0800 664 005 or ticketservice@viennale.at. In case that you do not receive the email you might have typed your email address incorrectly. Please register anew.
Q: I cannot log in. What am I doing wrong?
A: Please check if you are not already logged in. If you have problems with submitting your username and/or password, please check if you have not pressed the cap lock on your keyboard by mistake.
Q: In the course of payment an empty site (window) appears and nothing else happens. How can I go on with my order?
A: Some online banking sites use pop-up windows. If you do not allow pop-ups the VIENNALE window in which the payment transaction takes place remains empty as well. Unfortunately we have no influence on the display of VIENNALE extern frames. As for the activation of cookies there is no general way on how to activate pop-ups (if that is the problem). Please search through the help menu of your browser or look for advice with internet search engines.
Q: My shopping cart is blocked. Why?
A: As long as you have not received an answer from your credit card institute or your e-banking system confirming that your transaction was successful or failed within a certain time (10 minutes), your shopping cart remains blocked for your own safety. The shopping cart is blocked as along as the payment transaction is running in the background to keep you from paying twice by mistake.After the end of the time-out the shopping cart is fully available. Q: I am abroad and the Austrian telephone number 0800 does not work. How can I reach the ticket hotline?
