Time is precious, old people know this. Time periods are shifting and the past is getting more valuable. The memories of childhood, the good and the bad ones, dominate the thought. These memories have taken shape in the art of these older people, who are portrayed in this film. You can find them in their paintings and sculptures. In ZEIT, Peter and Zsóka Nestler are visiting seven artists in Hungary, who all had a hard and busy life. Of course they did not receive any advancement for their artistical talents. All their lives were about surviving.
