The Geisha Boy

The washed-up magician Wooley (Lewis) and his white rabbit Harry, which steals the show right from the beginning, have to entertain in Japan the U.S. troops, but maneuver and stumble themselves already on the flight out of the game. Lewis' slapstick comedy gains deeper sense here since Wooley helps with his involuntary comedy a Japanese orphan boy out of his grief and isolation. The movie develops the touching story of two soul mates beyond language barriers.
