Isabelle Huppert in South Korea

Sunday is already day three at the Viennale and again a couple of highlights are waiting for you. As early as 3 p.m. South Korean director Hong Sangsoo lures you into the Gartenbaukino, where his film DA-REUN NA-RA-E-SUH (IN ANOTHER COUNTRY) gets screened. While there are only last minute tickets available for the screening on Saturday at Künstlerhaus, you still can buy tickets for the screening, or win some here..

Nostromo's first voyage

In 1979 the space carrier Nostromo sets out for her first journey through time and space under the direction of Ridely Scott. On board: Sigourney Weaver as Lt. Ellen Ripley, a crew consisting of mercenaries and also an uninvited guest. This SF-classic is part of the Special Program THEY WANTED TO SEE SOMETHING DIFFERENT, curated by Jörg Buttgereit, and a must see for all of you who haven’t seen ALIEN on the big screen at the Gartenbaukino.

ALIEN is screened in the night between Sunday, October 28 and Monday, 0.00 at Gartenbaukino.
